Return Policy

GlasKart Refund Policy

Though every item available on GlasKart is incredibly designed and crafted and thus, there remains hardly any possibility of dislike.

But in case, you are not satisfied with our offering, you can get a refund by returning us the product within 4 days of its receipt. Kindly take a note of following REFUND conditions:

  1. Items must be in new condition.
  2. It should be with original packaging and accessories.
  3. Only the order amount will be refunded
  4. Refund process can take up to 15 days once the parcel is fully returned.

Note: Some products are not eligible for returns due to some uncontrollable facts, so you have to drop us a mail with the product code; before purchasing it in order to know whether the product is eligible for Returns, eligible for exchange only, not eligible for returns or exchange.

Defective items

If you receive a broken or a defective item, please email us on care@glaskart.com, within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Make sure to include the following in the email:

  1. Your Name
  2. Your order number
  3. Brief about the defect
  4. A picture clearly showing the defect

We will get the package picked up at our expense and refund the entire amount or exchange the ordered item as per your requirement.

When returns are not possible?

Although we will try our level best to assure you a hassle free return, there are certain exceptions where it will be difficult to support returns as mentioned below:

  • If the return request is made after the specified time frame (48 hours for damaged & defective products) from the date of delivery.
  • Anything missing from the package likes the price tag, accessories, labels, original packing, etc.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse, physical damage or any other damage done by human error, etc.
  • Any customer had requested and placed an order for Customized product, and then replacement will not be done unless the product is received in a Damaged or Defective condition.
  • If consumer didnot like the product, then they have to send the product back by themselves and once the Tracking id is received, the refund will be generated.
  • The images we display have the most accurate color possible. Due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. So there will be no refund generated because of color differences.
