How do I return an item purchased on GlasKart?
At Glaskart, we understand how much you value your every purchase and for us a good customer experience is utmost important. Hence, to fulfill our word, we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible.
Even after this if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry as we have an excellent Return policy. The process is pretty simple. All you need to do is raise a return request, within a period of “4 days (48 hours for damaged & defective products)”, from the date of delivery following the below steps:

At Glaskart, we assure you that all products are checked properly before shipping them but even then the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not as described, our friendly returns policy will solve your problem.
What are the payment options available with GlasKart?
What happens if my card or net-banking account is charged and I encounter an error on the website after that?
This is a rare occurrence. In case this happens, please call us. We will ensure that the refund process starts within 4 working hours of receiving your call. However it might take a week for the amount to get credited in your account depending on the time taken by the bank. Please feel free to call us in case of any further clarifications.
What happens if my transaction is failed and my card / account is not charged?
If your card / account is not charged, you can safely retry your payment we will not double charge you.
What is billing address? Why do you need a billing address?
We do not need your billing address but the card-issuing banks do. They need this information to fight credit-card fraud. So please do your bit to help and provide us this information and we'll pass it on to the banks.
What happens to my credit-card information?
We do NOT store any billing information at our end. We simply pass on the information you provide on our site to the payment gateways at the bank that charges your credit card. This information is provided to them over a secure channel.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can either login to the 'My Account' page on the website to see all your order details. You can also go to the link provided in the order confirmation email to check the status of that individual order.
How do I track my shipments?
Once your package is shipped, you would receive an email with the shipper details and tracking number. These details could also be found in 'My Account' tab (if you had placed the order after logging in)
How will I receive my refund / what is the refund policy at GlasKart?
We provide a refund to the customer if we are not able to provide a replacement/exchange of the product in case the product delivered is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described (Customer not liking)”. Once we get a refund request from your end, we process your refund as per the mode of payment you selected while placing your order which is described below:
Prepaid Order (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking) – In this case the order amount will be remitted back to your card or net-banking account. The process for initiating this takes 1-2 business days however it may take approximately 5-7 business days to get the amount actually reflect in your card / net-banking account.
Cash on Delivery Order– if you have placed an order using cash on delivery mode and had requested a refund, we have following options available:
a) We provide you “Glaskart Voucher” which you can use to purchase any product from GlasKart web site.
b) We take your bank account details and we do a bank transfer. In this the money will get credited in your account within 5-7 working days
